Ingredients

  • 200 grams potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup pickled cucumbers, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    In a large pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.

    Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they are tender.

    Reduce the heat and stir in the grated pickled cucumbers, allowing them to heat through for another 5 minutes.

    In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with a little hot soup to temper it, then add it to the pot gradually, stirring constantly.
