Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 250 grams beef ribs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 carrot carrot
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

    In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.

    Add the beef ribs to the boiling water and reduce heat to a simmer.

    Peel and chop the onion and carrot. Add them to the pot.
