Ingredients

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweet wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until the mixture is thick and pale.
