Ingredients

  • 200 grams Yakisoba noodles
  • 100 grams pork belly
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 50 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Yakisoba sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • to taste pickled ginger

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add the sliced pork belly and sauté until it is browned and cooked through.
