IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
Method
- 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2
In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 3
Once boiling, add flour all at once and stir quickly until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- 4
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, beat in eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- 5
Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- 7
Allow the pastries to cool, then cut a small slit in each to release steam.
- 8
Fill with whipped cream and vanilla pudding mixture, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
