- 2 liters water
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons raisin
- optional fresh mint leaves

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.

Add the dried fruits to the boiling water and simmer for about 20 minutes.
