  • 800 grams beef tripe
  • 200 grams chorizo sausage
  • 150 grams smoked bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams canned tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • to taste salt and pepper
