  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g almonds
  • 1 cup egg yolks
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until smooth and creamy.
