- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 4 slices galangal
- 5 leaves kaffir lime leaves
- 200 grams shrimp
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Thai chili paste (Nam Prik Pao)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

In a pot, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

Add the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves to the boiling water. Let it boil for about 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
