Savor the comforting flavors of this West African-inspired Tom Brown, a warm porridge made from roasted corn flour, sweetened with sugar and enriched with milk. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or a nourishing snack any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted corn flour
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup groundnuts (peanuts)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
