- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder.
