Ingredients

  • 500 grams boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
