- 2 cups overripe plantains
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Method
- 1
In a large bowl, mash the overripe plantains until smooth.
- 2
Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, chopped onion, and ground pepper to the mashed plantains. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
