- 1/4 cup water
- 400 g spinach
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 100 g grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and cubed butter. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the ice-cold water gradually and mix until the dough comes together. Form into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
