Ingredients

  • 200 g semolina
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g honey
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 50 g almonds
  • 1 cup water

Method

    In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

    Add the semolina to the melted butter and stir continuously for about 5 minutes until it turns golden brown.

    Pour in the water and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

    Add honey and cinnamon (if using), mixing well until fully incorporated.
