- 100 g butter
- 150 g honey
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 50 g almonds
- 1 cup water

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the semolina to the melted butter and stir continuously for about 5 minutes until it turns golden brown.

Pour in the water and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
