- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dashi stock
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup octopus
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup tenkasu
- to taste takoyaki sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, dashi stock, and beaten egg to create a smooth batter.

Preheat your takoyaki pan over medium heat and lightly grease each hole with oil.

Pour the batter into each hole of the takoyaki pan, filling them about 3/4 full.

Add a small amount of diced octopus, green onions, and tenkasu to each hole.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown, then use a skewer to turn them over and cook for another 3-4 minutes until evenly cooked.
