Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cream sugar and eggs.
- 3
Sieve flour and baking powder and mix into the mixture.

Pour into a greased pan (square) and bake until brown.
- 5
Lay a piece of lunch paper on counter with sugar sprinkled onto it.
- 6
Tip over the baking pan onto lunch paper.
- 7
Quickly layer the cake with jam and roll while still hot.
