- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g plums
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

Boil the potatoes until soft, then drain and mash them until smooth. Let them cool slightly.

Mix the mashed potatoes with flour and salt until a soft dough forms. Adjust with more flour if necessary.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Flatten each portion in your hand and place a halved plum in the center.

Carefully fold the dough around the plum and shape it into a ball, ensuring the plum is sealed inside.

Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the knedlíky to the boiling water and cook until they rise to the surface, about 5-7 minutes.
