- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens. Once thickened, remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

While the mixture cools, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the meringue.

In a clean bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.

Spoon the cooled cream mixture into serving cups and top with the meringue. Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the cream.
