Indulge in the flaky layers of Su Böreği, a traditional Turkish pastry filled with vibrant spinach and creamy feta. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a festive gathering, this dish will warm your heart and home.

- 500 grams yufka (Turkish thin pastry)
- 400 grams spinach
- 200 grams feta cheese
- 1 cup water
- 100 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and salt together until well combined.

Take a baking dish and brush it with melted butter. Dip each sheet of yufka into the water briefly and layer it into the dish, brushing each layer with melted butter as you go.

Once you have a few layers, spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly on top.

Continue layering yufka and brushing with butter until the filling is completely covered, finishing with more layers of yufka on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
