- 250 g carrots
- 200 g leeks
- 100 g butter
- 100 ml milk

In a large pot, add the chopped potatoes and carrots. Cover with cold water and add a pinch of salt.

Bring the pot to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
