Ingredients

  • 200 grams high-quality beef tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon cornichons
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • salt to taste sea salt
  • pepper to taste freshly ground black pepper
