- 2 liters water

- 1 piece onion
- 2 pieces carrots
- 2 pieces potatoes

- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 stems celery
- 2 pieces lime

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant.

Add the beef ribs to the pot, searing them on all sides for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the 2 liters of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours until the beef is tender.
