Ingredients

  • 200 grams smoked sausage
  • 200 grams beef brisket
  • 100 grams ham
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 cup pickled cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 piece lemon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

    In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the smoked sausage, beef brisket, and ham, sautéing until browned.

    Pour in the water (or beef broth) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
