Ingredients

  • 1 cup freekeh
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste salt and black pepper

Method

    In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
