- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

In a large pot, heat the ghee over medium heat.

Add the broken vermicelli and fry until golden brown, stirring continuously.

Pour in the milk and bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.

Once boiling, add the sugar, chopped dates, and cardamom powder. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the vermicelli is tender.
