Ingredients

  • 800 grams lamb or pork shoulder
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Method

    In a large bowl, combine the lamb or pork shoulder cubes, sliced onions, minced garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar, ground black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix well to coat the meat thoroughly.

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for the best flavor.

    Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning while grilling.
