Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Method
