- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 200 grams bok choy
- 150 grams tofu
- 1 cup dipping sauce (such as ponzu or sesame sauce)
- 1 liter water
- 1 cup green onions

In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil over medium-high heat.
