Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 kg mince
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- mixed herbs
- bay leaves
- 1 cup tomato puree
- seasoning
- bisto and cornflour for thickening
Method

Heat the oil.
- 2
Add the onions, garlic, bay leaves and herbs and allow to sweat.
- 3
Stir in the mince and allow it to brown.
- 4
Add the tomato puree and the seasoning.
- 5
Add water and allow to simmer until the mince is cooked.
- 6
Make a paste of half bisto half cornflour and add it to the mince for thickening.
