- 1 pkt pork sausage (grilled & cut up)
- 2 onions (fried till soft)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef stock
- worcestershire/soy sauce to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice (or more)
- 1 cup mixed veg (or more)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
Method

Grill and cut up the pork sausage.

Fry onions till soft.

Add flour and beef stock to the onions.

Add Worcestershire or soy sauce to taste.

Mix in cooked rice and mixed vegetables.

Add eggs and grated cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
