- 1 cup ssamjang
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 cup sliced garlic
- 1 cup sliced green peppers
- 1 cup steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat until hot.

Place the pork belly slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.

While the pork is cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing ssamjang with a little sesame oil in a small bowl.

Once the pork is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
