Ingredients

  • 200 g green beans
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 150 g black olives
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g canned tuna
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
