- 500 grams pork loin
- 100 grams bacon
- 200 grams pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons oil

Flatten the pork loin slices with a meat mallet until they are about 0.5 cm thick.

Spread a thin layer of mustard on each pork slice.

Place a strip of bacon and a few pickle sticks on one end of each pork slice.

Roll the pork slice tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
