Indulge in these savory Roladki, featuring tender pork loin wrapped in crispy bacon, tangy pickles, and a hint of mustard. Perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a festive gathering with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams pork loin
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 200 grams pickles
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method

    Flatten the pork loin slices with a meat mallet until they are about 0.5 cm thick.

    Spread a thin layer of mustard on each pork slice.

    Place a strip of bacon and a few pickle sticks on one end of each pork slice.

    Roll the pork slice tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
