Ingredients

  • 1 5-6 pound leg of lamb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint

Method

    Place lamb on rack in roasting pan.
