Ingredients

  • 1 cup short-grain rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup fruit topping
