Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramyeon noodles
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 packet ramyeon seasoning (included with noodles)
  • 1 cup vegetables (like green onions, mushrooms, or spinach)
  • 2 eggs large eggs

Method

  1. 1

In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

Once the water is boiling, add the ramyeon noodles and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

  3. 3

Add the ramyeon seasoning packet to the pot and stir well to combine.

  4. 4

Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and continue to cook for another 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  5. 5

Crack the eggs directly into the pot and let them poach in the boiling broth for about 2 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.

  6. 6

Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to cool slightly.

  7. 7

Serve hot in bowls, optionally garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
