- 500 grams lamb or beef, cut into cubes
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 5 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste seasoning
Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, and turmeric, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

Add the lamb or beef cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
