Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground lamb or beef
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup peas
  • Salt to taste salt
  • 2 cups water
