Ingredients
- 15 ml sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 250 ml cake flour
- ground cinnamon
- 7 ml baking powder
- 250 ml pumpkin, cooked & mashed
Method
- 1
Drain the pumpkin well in a sieve and add the egg.

Mix well and then combine with the remaining ingredients.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot, shallow cooking oil and fry on the other side.

Once cooked, remove and drain them on kitchen paper.
- 5
To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
