- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg large egg
- 100 grams bread crumbs
- 500 ml beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, bread crumbs, and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then shape them into small meatballs (about 2.5 cm in diameter).

In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil over medium heat.

Carefully drop the meatballs into the boiling broth. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the pot from heat. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve the pulpety hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
