- 500 g pork ribs
- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 2 liters water
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 large carrots
- 1 cup corn
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

In a large pot, add the beef shank, pork ribs, and chorizo sausage.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Skim off any foam that forms on the surface to keep the broth clear.

Add the onion, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper, and let it simmer for about 1 hour.

After 1 hour, add the potatoes, carrots, and corn to the pot.
