Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ptitim (Israeli couscous)
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste Ingredient 8

Method

  1. 1

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

Add the Ptitim to the saucepan and mix with the onions and garlic.

  8. 8

Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
