  • 4 slices Portuguese bread (e.g., baguette or roll)
  • 500 g thinly sliced beef (e.g., sirloin or flank)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp piri-piri sauce

  • to taste pinch black pepper
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)

Method
