Ingredients

  • 1 whole boneless pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons sage
  • 1 cup white wine

Method

    Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).

    In a bowl, mix together the fennel seeds, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, and sage.

    Rub the spice mixture all over the pork loin, making sure to cover every surface.
