- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp sea salt

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cleaned octopus and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.

Remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool slightly. Cut it into smaller pieces.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the octopus pieces to the skillet, sprinkle with paprika and sea salt, and toss to coat for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.
