  • 453.6 g shrimp
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • Vegetable oil for frying vegetable oil
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato tomato slices
  • 1 cup remoulade sauce
