  • 1 cup sweet potato puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses or chancaca syrup

Method

  1. 1

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweet potato puree, and water. Mix well.

  2. 2

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. 3
