Ingredients

  • 200 grams rice noodles
  • 200 grams beef
  • 1 cup fresh herbs
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

    Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 20 minutes until soft, then drain and set aside.

    In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat, then add the thinly sliced beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
