Savor the vibrant flavors of a traditional Parrillada, featuring succulent beef ribs, spicy chorizo, and tender chicken thighs, grilled to perfection. Ideal for a festive gathering or a weekend barbecue with friends and family.
IngredientsWhat you need
- 1 kg beef ribs
- 500 g chorizo sausages
- 500 g pork belly
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 4 pieces sweet bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Method
- 1
Preheat your grill or parrilla to a medium-high heat.
- 2
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture onto the beef ribs, pork belly, and chicken thighs.
- 3
Place the beef ribs, pork belly, and chicken thighs on the grill. Cook the meat for about 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
- 4
While the meat is cooking, add the chorizo sausages to the grill for the last 20 minutes.
- 5
During the last 10 minutes, add the halved sweet bell peppers to the grill. Grill them until they are tender and slightly charred.
- 6
Once the meats are cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove everything from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- 7
Slice the meats and serve with the grilled bell peppers. Enjoy your Parrillada with some crusty bread and chimichurri sauce if desired.
